Not disagreeing with it being an absolute sh*tshow from Rangers, but think you'll find the teams that NEVER qualify for the Champions League sections are actually even a level below it tbf!!... Just saying?

Simply suggesting to the poster, that having a cheap dig/laugh at Rangers in CL is POSSIBLY something that he/ EVERTON can only dream about being able to ever compete in ... therefore his own team(EVERTON!) and OTHERS that have attempted and failed, haven't yet reached the level Rangers have on numerous occasions(worst or not!) FACT ?
