Mike Ashley came from humble roots to form a huge retail empire and gives his shop staff hugely generous share schemes (e.g. £40k-£100k worth of shares for shop floor workers)

He might come across as a prat as a chairman but he seems a good person to me.

After you said that I googled him, turns out he actually went to Burnham Grammar school in Bucks, which was just across the park from Burnham Upper where I went. Burnham Grammar students were bad knobheads, every last one of them.

In business terms he is first class, and unlike many other company boss he looks after the workers. He also unlike Dave "broken leg" Whealan at JJB wanted to go against the price fix of footy tops! So unless you are a Newcastle fan the man is to be admired.

Jimmy Carr seems like a likeable fellow.

Never knew he went to Burnham Grammar, funnily enough he went to the Royal Grammar in Wycombe, which is about 2 minutes from where I work now. However, as much as I like Jimmy Carr, he now has to fall into the knobhead category such is my bias.

West Brom will take Scott Sinclair on a season-long loan, with the option of buying the player for £8m at any time.

Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair is set to undergo a medical and discuss personal terms with West Brom within the next 24 hours, according to Sky Sources.

City reportedly wanted a permanent move for Sinclair while Albion were keen on a loan deal for the 24-year-old.

However, the two clubs have now found a compromise with Sinclair expected to move to The Hawthorns on an initial season-long loan deal with an option to join full time next summer.

Most of his staff are on zero hour contracts and hours are awarded on a weekly basis based on who's secondary sales are greatest.

I got into a young fit one in there by buying 10 of them 50p strong bags cos she had no hours for the next week.

His birds tit won sexiest female. Soccer AM winkstains will now fill the ground of whichever side he plays for.

Helen 'hers another pic of me' Flanagan can suck on my chocolate salty balls, Sinclair has pace that's about it £8mill for him is insane money

*well my little budgie balls
