Ha Ha..."a nation once again".

Yeah, ok. 45%.

I do wonder about a "National" anthem that speaks of routing the army of the English monarch, and "to be a nation again" and whose people then vote to remain part of a kingdom run from London, and loyal to the English monarch!!

All the singing coming from the estimated 10,000 Irish, nothing but booing from the Scots....a bit disappointing from our Scottish brethren.

BTW Scot comes from the Latin Scottii which is how the Romans described "people from Ireland".

to be fair I'm a republican who doesn't believe in god, so the english national anthem is meaningless to me
