I am English but I despise the significant number of nationalistic racist oafs the team attract. I am a very reluctant supporter. However, I know they are a minority, all be it encouraged by Piri Patel.

I also dislike the Scottish nationalism that underpins and sustains the Scottish fans against the Auld Enemy. They are poisonous games.

I've always supported the home nations but some of the bitter chip on the shoulder WUM stirring from Welsh and Scots has me tempted to start cheering their opposition too.

As conquered peoples they will always resent their English masters. It’s only natural.

I am English so I want England to win but used to always cheer Scotland on. Think it was because we have had a lot of Scottish players and managers. It seems different now tho because I despise that Andy Robinson. The media don’t half go on about him when talking about Scotland as well. He is seriously my most hated Cult player. I just cant bring myself to cheer on a team that has his little horrible rat looking face in it.

Northern Ireland and Wales was magical in 2016.
Scotland were killed yesterday by Clarke’s obscenely poor tactics… they will flip flop and I can’t decide which way…. They’ll either be up for it or their heads will have gone and just fold.

They just lack so much quality Scotland I just can’t see anything other than an England win.

The Scouse not English saying has become a kopite saying strangely as they try to hang onto anything Scouse about them and their support. I think mostly Scouse Everton supporters are not arsed either way about the England team.
