Player Valuation: £100m
]Attention to detail, Moyes is the man, its little detail like this - that helps Moyes turn good players into great players IMO.

Hi-tech fitness coaches Steve Tashjian and Scott Piri have joined Everton boss David Moyes' backroom staff.

Moyes believes their techniques added to normal training and coaching will add an extra dimension having copied Jurgen Klinsmann’s approach when he was German head coach at the last World Cup finals.

He said: “Klinsmann was successful and part of that was down to employing coaches from a Los Angeles-based company called Athletes’ Performance. We are the first club to use them in the Premier League.

“What is interesting about it is everything is done in movement as opposed to lying on your back on a bench pressing weights.

“It is about strengthening the muscles as opposed to trying to build more bulk. One of the concentrations is on the core of your body.

“My philosophy on training is you are not trying to build weight lifters, but ballet dancers.

“They are just beautifully toned – the best players are that way.

“The science of preparing a player is so much greater now and Steve and Scott are vital to our plans.”
