The Scrubs episode where the plot twist is Dr Cox's mate (played by Brendan Fraser) is actually dead and he's been imagining he was there, and it turns out they've just arrived at his funeral.
A few scrubs moments gets me.

Like thr episode where its all about the illness spreading and you see the intern go and touch jd and cox's favourite patient at the end. Thst is quite sad.

When Cox missed something out which no one would have noticed causing the patient to die and he tries resussitating him/her, so he quits and drinks being a blubbery mess on the couch - to the tune of how to save a life by the fray
 
Seeing that Spanish bellend Geri on the team sheet. Actual tears when the floppy headed tit gets on the pitch.

yeah, i remember that bit as well. Think that is why i loved scrubs so much, the fact it could go from comedy to something very real and sad effortlessly.
