No he has not been linked with ourselves however he has been linked with newcastle and he is not in favour at real madrid. I know it probably will never happen just want to gage people opinions on the player and if it would be worth a large wage bill but low transfer bill. Me personally have always liked him. I think would be a great addition and not in the high end price category

Never really fulfilled his potential. When he came over to Barcelona he was highly touted as a superstar but he's never really got there.

The problem with Barcelona is that you usually only get one crack at things. Maybe with Moyes' guiding hand and patient but no-nonsense approach, the guy could resurrect things somewhat.

Then again, maybe not!

I definatly take him. He's got the right tools to compliment Yakubu. Pace, technique and intelligence. He'd improve our distribution in the final third and obviously would give us a pacy option.
