Quite possibly. Playing in la liga proves nothing tho.

I've never been in a scrap in my life but I'd love to do serious damage to Walsh.

I'm honestly not hung up about this one. He cost buttons. There's championship players at 17 years old touted at 5 times his transfer fee.

Like Klassen, 3 managers looked at him and weren't keen. Moved him on.

He'll be forgotten about soon enough. There's just too many Fifa heads who see hes rated 80+ and think he's aces

He never got a go playing proper football. Half the time he was searing the sky for a pill, and tanning is forehead from the pathetic hoof we were dishing up

Oh don't get me wrong, I think there is a player in there somewhere. But that really does not matter. If he is no use to us, be it because of how the manager sets up (and lets not forget its been 3 managers not just one) or he is not suitable for the Premier League (and there have been plenty of much better players than Sandro who have failed to adapt to a different league) then its best for all that he goes and plays somewhere else for a bit.

again not had much of a chance but I cant see 3 consecutive managers deciding to ignore a boss player for a laugh
Can we please stop this nonsense that Unsworth counts as a genuine appointment. He and everyone around knew he wasn't getting the job and the fact that Moshiri strung him and the club along was disgraceful.

It works out well for all parties. Sadly though people have agendas and just want to point fingers at someone who is doing what anybody else would do in the same situation.

Maybe we should keep him and just let him rot in the reserves?
Does it? Because the way I see it and a lot of others see it we just gave up a player worth double what Sevilla are going to pay for him, and make no mistake they will pay as Ben Yedder is leaving in the summer.

Is there no middle ground for you between exile a player and give him up for a relatively tiny fee?

Idiotic management this. We know he's good in Spain. It's like when Spurs loaned Soldado back to La Liga. Completely mental.

State of this club
Difference is mate spurs played soldado , we have threw sandro in as a bit part player in a side which had the manager sacked, another who promoted and played the under 23s over others and now under Sam allardyce who's main tactic is hoofball.

Sandro never had a chance here, hoofing it to him at the half way line is not a chance. Sorry he isn't lebondowski and be able to beat the whole defence by himself. Just because he wasn't a 6 foot 5 centre forward or Lionel Messi or English like lewen (yes I'm going there) he has wrongfully been written off as not good enough yet the first club who grab him off us are champions league team sevilla.

I'm sorry but it's a joke both the club and fans have made their mind up about a player under the circus of circumstances of this season. In a season where Rooney plays no matter what, where the club decide Martina is perfectly fine as a left back, where lewen is first choice for 4 months even when not contributing at all, or when a goalscoring striker in niasse is kept out the first team despite no-one out performing him.

I'm just sick of all this. Every good young player we signed in the summer who wasn't English or from the English league has not been given an actual chance this season. I'm sick of reading or hearing fans writing off these players whilst moaning that the players picked every week are crap and need replacing. Even now people will moan on here we aren't signing better players yet who the hell would even come here when anyone half decent from outside this league is scapegoated over the players who haven't performed all season.

And he's meant to be a bit of a sulky sod too.

I want him to resign.
Better than looking to do him in.

Surprisingly low sale figure but given his lack of first team selection and no appearances at all for the U23s, you have to ask what exactly was he doing to justify selection?

My own speculation, and nothing more than that, but maybe he is exactly the sort of weak mentality that you highlight in the club?

Oumar knocked his balls in and took his chance when he got it. The opportunity does exist if a player wants it badly enough.

Made 8 appearances. Was slated in all I'd say. Where was he goin to play between now and may. Get him and his huge wages away and don't be payin him to sit in the stand
Of course you don't know me but the "half a game" was obviously hyperbole. I'd rather keep him til the summer in hopes that the blob of a man we have waddling around our technical area is gone. At the very least get more than 9m euros for him.

Yeah daft comment by myself which I edited. Thanks for pulling me up.

Yeah you could be right. I wanted to see sandro go on loan in England. Hard to see what this move brings? 9m is a meagre fee. Unless he's genuinely home sick. Who Knows.

Well...he should've been able to trap a ball and stopped falling over when he got it and he would've got more of a chance.

The same with Klassen. The league is too fast and too physical for them. Koeman knew that and said they needed to "adjust". Then we spiralled down the league.

They don't fit how we play. Like pretty much 90% of Koeman and Walsh's signings have been duds. He was just a cheap one

Hope he does well.

He may get a look in next season depending on the management situation.

Could well be a clean slate for everyone in the summer but in the meantime we needed to recoup some money and shift some players.

I'm not really sure that's relevant to what I am saying? He was in charge for a number of games and didn't give him any game time. That is all that matters . Also not sure how making him caretaker manager (clue is in the name...) is stringing him along.

Sure. But that is far too black and white. Currently Sandro is a waste of a squad number. He would be for the rest of the season. There is a player in there (as there is with Klaassen and yes, Besic too) but they currently contribute nothing and probably will not between now and the end of the season so get rid and make space for some players who could contribute. Of course if we end up bringing nobody in tomorrow I may join you in your fuming but at this stage he is no great loss for me. Down the line it may come back to haunt us but that's life.

I’d be surprised if he comes back.
