This would be a great shame. Possibly the greatest football stadium ever built.

That would be a [expletive] shame. That building should be treated as a World Heritage Site, a modern day colosseum.

Shame they couldn't gut the inside and lower the capacity while modernising. If they didn't share there'd be a stadium to use while they worked on the San Siro.
