In all honesty I don't believe it's actually true but just imagine if he did allready have a massive falling out with the manager.

C'mon Dave, he signed him and a lot of people knew what he was like beforehand.

Pep shipped him out of barca along with the other egotistical idiots at the club, and when he signed for that Russian team he demanded stayed in Italy training and to be flown in for the games.

Not exactly a surprise that he was going to be a bit of a 'me me me' player

Maybe, but he acted swiftly to get him out of the club. Isn't that what Moyes did with Drenthe: took a chance on a wayward character and binned them shortly after?
