Mirallas has also played that position and we have several youngsters Mcaleny, Henen, Duffus, Long and Bryne.

There are lots of other positions, goalkeeper or winger for instance, that if we had 4 injuries we would be in a much worse situation. Especially since we already have injuries to the players in those roles.

like others mentioned since he's going to samporida he's not after the money and it's primarily family reasons so can't fault the man. wouldve liked him to stay of course for EL and mentoring Rom

I'd second this to be honest.

Although useful in terms of experience, Eto'o hasn't 100% been a huge shining light in our squad for me. I like his attitude and the fact when he wears the shirt he'll attempt to put a shift in. If he's getting pressure from the Mrs I can relate. Being treated to watch 50 shades of grey at the L1 Odeon on Valentine's Day this year, can't wait.

He has looked at living in Milan with his family against living in Liverpool on his own and..surprisingly has opted for Milan . There is just no accounting for taste.

I'm disappointed, I think we've benefited greatly from his creativity, and I enjoyed seeing him adapt to a deeper role and act as a play-maker.
