Hi
What’s worrying mate is he is trying to groom us all into thinking he is doing a good job with our home form etc.

We have been so lucky in the games that we have won or drew, I don’t want an Everton manager saying it is just a blip after we have been smashed by an average Arsenal side 5-1 should have been 8 or 9
His best mates in the media will be doing it as well.

Lauding him as a managerial genius for keeping a side up that has spent 250 million pounds in 3 windows.

Lucky is beating watford with a missed last minute penalty!

Just highlights the incompetence of the board to be fair.

Took an eternity to identify Silva, tried and failed to get him.

Interviewed Fat Sam, said no to him. Then went cap in hand back to him and probably paid through the nose in the process.

Absolutely zero confidence in them identifying a successor and having a clue how to spell contingency never mind execute it.

If only your namesake thought the same way

I'm convinced that all of those questions from the journos are vetted. Most of the time you don't get a single pressing/interesting question asked, it's all just fluff. Waste of time.

It's why I don't listen or read stuff from any of them. It's not journalism in my view.

i follow some of these guys on twitter and on deadline day they were tweeting how stupid it was to loan out Lookman, how incompetent it was to again not sign a LB and when we were torn apart by Arsenal they were all questioning BFS tactics and lineup but stick them in a room with the gravy guzzler and they all simultaneously lose their voices.

And 1- win in nine ?

Genuinely scared he’s going to be here next season. I keep trying to convince myself he isn’t, but there’s a nagging doubt that he is.
