I'm sure Fellaini was announced way after the window had closed.
I don’t mind Rondon as long as it’s for 1 year only and he’s on 35k pw or less. Longer contract or bigger wage makes him another well paid liability who will be impossible to move on due to his wages. He was ok not brilliant just ok before he went to China. He’s now 32 over weight and hasn’t played in a proper league for 2 years.
