Its more the process mate, it leads to instability and a lack of consistenct with no coherent phsipopehey. Im sure there are players in that dressing room who have been through what 8-10 managers, who must say to themselves when a new one comes in "oh right - you wont be here in 6 months" and wont be motivated no matter who it is.

The other thing is the use of resources, we are brining in lads right now with Dyche approach in mind, we brought players in under Lampard for how he wanted to play and same with Benitiez, carlo before - its just a waste and a mismash or resources. Its ridiculous.

We need to stop it - when we started sacking managers we were competitive for Europe, these days wed bight your hand off for 17th.
Yep we definitely need to stop it but it only stops by making he right appointments. I do wonder how much advice they receive (outside of Kia) in terms of their managerial searches. I also wonder if they actually ‘scout’ managers ….e.g. outside of results and style of play, see what the manager’s performance is like during a match elf, behaviour/tactics/substitutions. Do they have a fully informed short list? A little more diligence in the recruitment of managers may stop this ‘Boom or Bust‘ approach.

We have lost two home game we have dominated because we are not scoring goals.
We have no striker
Im not sure whether that is Dyches fault
it isn't but really he should be putting huge public pressure on club at this stage to get in a center forward. it's completely ridiculous, ignorant, negligent and downright braindead by the owner and kenwright not to have this sorted but they get away with it manager after manager. yet none of the manager call them out. then they fail. then they get the sack.

get me a decent center forward. we need one to survive. end off.

Dyche is the right man in my opinion.

Beggers cant be choosers mate. I dont think we're attractive at all.

I dont think any decent manager would want to come here and i wouldn't blame them.

October should present us with a better picture. If this unacceptable form persist or we’re in relegation zone in October we need to act fast and allow a new manager to work with 2/3 of the season available to make changes.

We shouldn't sack him, and I hate him. It would just cost us more money and be more upheaval.

However, he has demonstrated so far that he has zero idea tactically, compresses the centre of the pitch like a Sunday league manager, and has no discernable patterns of play - just swing the ball in the box. He really is awful.

Our plan should be to actually end this window with some good players, finish the season comfortably safe (something even this cretin should manage with a few more decent players) and then punt him into the sun next summer with absolutely no tears shed whatsoever.

Having said that, if he keeps doing worse than even Lampard with his win % we may be left with no choice.
