I would have him over Iwobi and Walcott.
Fully fit he’s a good player.
If we did sign him, which I doubt, it would show that we are not gonna be spending much.

In all honesty it wont be. Spurs or Arsenal. What they are finding with Shaqiri is signing cheap/free players and paying them high wages just makes them quite hard to shift to cover it. They need to be playing.
