alot of people get more right wing as they get olde r, they aren't being hypocrites for beliefs they have had in the past, people, (and their political views with them) change over time.

besides, he's saying this stuff SHOULDN'T be legal, the loopholes should be closed, not that everyone who looks to pay less tax is a monster, but that it shouldn't be legal to avoid it and the government should do more
