They've been awful for years to he fair to them.

Sounds truly bizarre considering they won the last Euro's, but that was based on a bizarre run which really aided them.

They've missed their last 2 World Cups, got knocked out in Group of last World Cup, and I guess you could say were u lucky at Euro 2016.

But they've really struggled for any sustained dominance.

I'd take that for England to be fair. 2 finals in 12 years, a Euro win and from the turn of the century 4 finals, 2 major honours
