Really not a fan of defenders throwing their hands up like "I didn't touch him" when nobody is accusing them.

Instantly draws attention to any contact, especially in VAR world
Its because players are going down if you even breathe on them these days and refs encourage the behaviour by blowing up for any little niggle. Let the game flow, if therefs stopped rewarding the type of behaviour the players would stop doing it.

I take your point, but in this case Mancini has the Swiss player collapse in front of him and he throws his hands up "didn't touch him"

No one said you did lad, keep your hands down and don't give any suspicion.
