I really dont like the rule "after getting two yellow cards you miss the next match" this is a huge tourney for nations, at least make it three yellow cards then the punishment. 23 men squad but there are always risk of injuries, red cards etc. Two YCs too harsh, we should protect quality of team squad whole tourney.

Mexico lost their central defender (Moreno) because of this for this match, I just read.

Maybe but these are not season long low adrenaline matches, in three matches Moreno played it was always do or die for Mexico, (they could have gone even with 6 points before the last match) so I don't think it is fair. If it doesnt reset after GS matches especially (not sure of the rule, probs they reset only after QF over). Three yellows would be the most fair IMO.
