No if he signs we have an international midfielder!
If he signs we have a midfielder. If he starts putting a shift in on a regular basis like we all know he is capable of then we might have a world class midfielder. In my opinion he should sign, get his head down, listen to what Koeman has to say and add it to his game and if the lad truely has what it takes he will be thanking Ronald in 12months time

Wayne Rooney always played his heart out while he was here Joey, that isnt a true comparison! Ross doesnt look like he can be arsed, and regardless of his beef with the manager that is shameful!
played the brothels and macdonalds more like he had to lose a hell of a lot of weight before he first played for UNT hottest prospect in football ,, and we gave him away!

Just back from a fortnight away so forgive the question if its already been done to death.
What's with this picture of Ross seemingly with the evidence of having had a tattoo removal on his left arm which I am told was his Everton tattoo.
Seems ominous if true.

If the reports are correct then he will have to go to a West Ham or Newcastle type of club because no way are Arsenal, spurs or the like are going to promise him a starting place.....unless its just an excuse. This (if true) is disappointing from Ross. He has no fight in him to play for the Club that made him and nurtured him.

IF this is correct, it's a poor 'excuse' for wanting to leave. Firstly by not signing he's forcing our hands to find backup and secondly signing for Spurs or Arsenal will get him more splinters in his arse than more playing time. That's not to say it wouldn't help his England aspirations if he has them. John Stones' form remained [Poor language removed] but simply signing for City got him an automatic England starting berth.

I would say at the elite clubs of this league - I'm talking 3 maybe 4 in reality, of which Spurs are one - few players in the MF and attack are guaranteed starts week in week out.

This lot would be:

Kane, Eriksen, Wanyama

Costa, Hazard, Kante

De Bruyne, Silva, Aguero

(United - literally no one is guaranteed starting every game)

That's the reality of the situation for RB. He'd be in that very talented group of players slotting in around that lot at whatever elite club in this country he was at.

Most players would jump at the chance. They wouldn't see getting 20-25 league games a season with them as a worse fate than signing on the dotted line with basket case clubs like WHU or Newcastle.

Why did you miss out Arsenal?

I mean I get why you wouldnt mention the vermin across the park, but curious why you didnt include Arsenal, probably the only team he has a chance at starting at.

They're not what I'd call elite anymore.
