Might make a good manager one day.
Frank Lampard (on MOTD) just said he should certainly stay at Everton and aim to consistently play like today.
He was actually belittling the club, he wasn't being niceAlways liked Lampard. Outstanding player bizarrely treated as second fiddle to Gerrard for England and by the press despite having better stats throughout his career and accomplishing a lot more.
But mainly he's just always come across as a bright guy who is pretty calm. Hopefully he's back on as a pundit because 90% of the pundits going at the moment are braindead, biased or both.

My thoughts too.
The face he pulled when he said 5th and his voice raised. As if we had achieved something quite monumental.
I thought that also.."He's scoring those goals for Everton (change in voice to mean 'plucky little Everton')."
Ross is staying
Haven't read the article, but the quote of £35m gets me. Yes, he only has 1 year left so that in itself make the quote reasonable. But then why do we hear quotes of £25m for Keane (a Centre Back). The media say things like "Everton will have to pay" this or that if they want a certain player. But then they play down the projected price for our players....lots of Man Utd links this morning with £35m being quoted. Funny if Lukaku and/or Barkley go down that route because there's a very strong possibility that United won't be playing in the Champions League.
