Clubs need to start including this sort of stuff in contracts. They're all happy to take money for image rights but then can't behave themselves out in the town. Regardless of who threw the punch it's Ross' fault. He's a professional footballer and therefore shouldn't be out clubbing in those sort of spots. Imagine Schneiderlin having his assist figures or the ability to glide past players like they're not there or launch rockets off either foot. This isn't about ability, it's about professionalism, Ross will end up another Ravel Morrison if he goes too far into this shady stuff.
