Well in mate I know you slagged him off in the past but encouraging to see your happy to praise him when he plays well

Mate... I want him to do well.. he's finally running off the ball and looking like he gives a toss ... still needs to improve in areas , but putting in effort and being positive (like he has been for the last two games) will give him time with the fans.

Been looking more like him old self by the game recently on the whole. Think he will score in our next game and hopefully go on to be explosive for the final third of the season :)

looks like he has lost a bit of weight to be honest (no i'm not saying he was ever fat, just overly muscular) seems to be reaping the benefits of that, he seems a lot more lithe, quick and agile than in recent seasons.

I'm glad the rumours of him going to Spurs have died down. I'd like to think he would turn them down anyway.
Think he can really solidify a place under Koeman with his penetrating passes. Add some goals to what he's been doing lately and he'll be perfect.

Must disagree with you on that one. Like him coming from deeper

...yep, I think most people on here do but he does has a tendency to lose possession in vital areas of the pitch. His passing around the edge of the opponents box is a bit more instinctive and immediate. I think his running is laboured but give him a football at his feet and he's different.

no more than any of our other players there was a point yesterday on the edge of our box when the ball awkwardly came out to him he instantly controlled my reaction was get rid he turned & rolled 3 Palace players & we broke probably 2/3 players in the whole league capable of it & Gareth Barry Isn't one of them but anyway you continue to be negative about him.

He bosses games from deep, he breaks forward, he tracks back.

Indeed he can improve some area's like all players, but why he does well, jesus h he does superbly. He is a playmaker, and all playmakers are inconsistent compared to other positions, but they are also worth much much more.

he is ace, getting better with every game, seems to be able to slow things right down when in possession, uses his strength well, finally starting to believe in himself. he is beginning to realise that he doesnt have to do deliver a killer pass every time he has the ball and looks better, more confident for it
