Ross is going to be the player we all think will be. Been a gem this season.

Can't believe Sam is the new manager of England and he drops our diamond lol who is this West Ham winger?

He overthink and overplay too much. He is too slow to react and pass the ball. And he doesn't work hard enough while he is without the ball.
You need to decide what side of the fence you're on instead of just jumping on the next cryarse train.

;)

I think it's a case of we all really want Ross to be that special player we are so eagerly waiting for, unfortunately I think we are starting to realise it just isn't going to happen.

I think the negativity and downright abuse he gets on here is appalling. Maybe it's because he's from Wavertree and not some exotic Spanish/Russian/South Ameri
If he was from your exotic list he would have been hounded out long ago. It's the Blue scouse pedigree that has people clinging on to the faint hope he will become a footballer.

I am not prep to write Ross Barkley off just yet. He certainly isn't performing to the level we expect but all players have low periods in their career.
He maybe needs to step back for a few games and take the pressures off. I still believe there is a special player in there and we need to stick with him to eventually get it out.

People may think it is a scornful idea, but I'm telling you, a couple of trips of LSD would sort all his dithering out and add an extra 50 million pound to his transfer value. Bet you he is too scared to take one though.

Oh blimey instead he'd get the jitters.

Still leading the Barkley haters after all these years Steve.

...and that 'response' proves conclusively that you didn't actually read my post, just had a quick glance and came to your usual unthinking conclusion. Like every Evertonian, I would wish/hope that Ross would succeed ,but there are grave reservations about that happening. Read my post, and surely you'll get the gist of it? 'Hate' is not a word that I apply to footballers...its just that some are better than others, and as supporters we have the right to discuss our preferences with other supporters. Fair enough?
