Ross Barkley

Yes its all because of the manager. He's brainless and just doesnt have vision. No manager will change that. He's got some talent but he's not as good as some people think he is.
You have no idea what you're talking about if you think Barkley is 'brainless' and without vision.

He's got 22 full international caps. He was doing fine until he was unfairly hung out to dry in public.

Koeman has dropped a massive bollock here. If you want to charge someone with being brainless then use it in relation his handling over RB.

Like Barkley, but he has been very poor this season. Nothing to do with an excellent manager now in place. Personally I think it's a carry over from what he had to endure at the end of last season under a very poor manager.

Metaphorically, Koeman has chosen to break a butterfly on a wheel.

It's been so ham fisted it's unreal, and it places him in a poor light for me.

Might not agree with the article but a mini segment from last year relating to Barkley being a square peg in a round hole:

His failings this season are more evident because nobody is covering his mistakes and/or position
In the end even Martinez gave up on him and there were reports of a big argument between the two. I hope Ron doesn't ruin this season. We can still do something this year with Rom but it think Barkley is a lost cause.

As much as that saddens me but it has been two years of underwhelming performances and has never quite looked the same player after his knee injury.

He won't ever succeed at Everton, 4th full season third manager and can't even boss a team like Bournemouth
