Under any other manager he would be `incredibly phenomenal` it is that simple, poor man management has affected him badly, and its not just him, we can say the same about most of the squad

He is a great player, huge talent, and great for Everton. The problem is we have a manager who has damaged his confidence, and not let him play to his strengths. Over a period of time ( this season) this has obviously affected him, he needs to be let loose, let him play, I would love to see him start tonight

Very very very poor for the last 4 months. As bad as he was for the whole of last season.

Really like him, think he can be a gem if he works at his game but he's got to improve drastically for me. Takes far too many touches slowing down all momentum and he's not in good enough shape for a top Premier League athlete. Blowing out of his arse within 5 minutes.

Boo boys are out of order like, he's a confidence and instinctive player.
