He was 15 when he had the triple leg break
He was 16 and it was a couple of months before his 17th

I read that the year before he also broke his foot and has a double hernia, and had knee problems.
Not sure how true all this is.

It looks like though he missed out on a lot of his development between the age of 15 to 18

Think from next season onwards there could be a real force in the midfield at the club. The mobility and ability of Besic and McCarthy controlling the midfield whilst Ross can pick the ball up and drive at the defence, that could be something special for us.

I think we can find a better upgrade to McCarthy if we want to tackle the top 4 mate. Just my opinion.

still think the word is new and that no one has used it before this year, despite what everyone says. cause ive never heard it b4.

It isn't mate

Call me a hipster, but I've been using that word to describe a dinked penalty for much longer than a year

This video on YouTube was uploaded 4 years ago, entitled "Best Panenka penalties ever"

McCarthy was superb the other night. One of the best players at the club and there aren't many midfielders in the league better at doing what he does than him.

Look at the results since he was injured against Bournemouth... 1 win in the league, and that includes the games that Besic was in the team for.
