Leeds take him on board and lose, could have done with them beating barnsley for us, we look the weakest in a long time and beat Hull who are flying in 2nd place, random game...

Dont Leeds have money to spend now they have new owners

it is a pity we did not get Lukaku on loan - he is doing wonders as a 19 year old loan player for WBA -
but on the other hand he is obviously too young and inexperienced to play for Everton where age and experience are in big demand

The only bright spark was arguably Ross Barkley; despite being a little greedy at times he showed effort and a touch of class that wasn't matched by anyone else.

Our most skillfull player was Barcley by a mile, yet he had to hang on to it so long because there was seldom another player in a position to pass to - I kid you not, there were times I watched as our players stood and watched as Barcley struggled to hold the ball.

The penalty went in and we might just as well have given up. In fact it looked as though we did. Still Barcley looked a class player but he looked like the teacher joining in the school under 8 team's game. He would go though 1 then another then a third tackle but never was a decent pass on and eventually weight of numbers would force the ball away from him and Barnsley would set up another lightening quick attack.

Sounds like he had a belter, tbh
