Chelsea was the wrong club for him in every sense, especially given the London nightlife scene which has obviously sucked him in. Should have gone abroad and focused on getting game time and learning a new culture like Lookman has done.

He can barely speak English , hoe would he manage a foreign language

It's very possible with Ross because he always lacked the hunger and determination that turns a good player into potentially a great player. He couldn't hack the expectations at Everton so bench warming maybe suits him.
