Good game tonight and an excellent goal. He (and the rest of Chelsea) must be expected to play this well against better opposition though

With a motto that roughly translates as - Nothing but the best will satisfy and this is I'll grant you, a collective aim, what else should / would our expectations be...especially when most could see how good he might be, except for the 'but' that always follows that statement
But I take your point in an individual context.
 
Currently better than both Kovacic and Jarginho who are both massively overrated based on the previous teams they have played for rather than their performances for Chelsea.
