Any blue would have run a mile from Birmingham having read why previous manager Eustace was sacked, "the club citing the importance of the board of directors and management being fully aligned on the culture of the football club as the reason behind the decision". Sound too much like Everton.

Didn't he do quite well at Derby, and almost kept them in the Championship despite a 20 point deduction or something? That said, he's tragically dim.
