You're hoping he'll show more effort for city. Our players were doing similar under Koeman, so whilst unforgivable it's definitely down to that man making players not want to play for him rather than their club.

Amazing that Barca haven't paid attention to history when it comes to forcing a player to stay. Very rarely does it work out, the player needs to be signed to a multi year deal for starters for any hope for that to happen.

They could have had 100 million from City to try and rebuild a workman like team. But no they tell Messi to stay there and play football in a totally alien way to how they have done during his whole career.

Least he can leave for free in the summer.

Barca players know that he’ll be out in the new elections as long as he’s not on a great run of form. They’re going just enough to get him fired by their league performances but they showed up in the CL. They probably want Xavi.
