He's an incredibly bad manager. Amazing he's got that job just off the back of being a good footballer for them.

It's like us hiring Neville Southall.

I don't know him obviously so always reluctant to cast aspersions on his character, but he certainly comes across as a Grade A tosser.

I think he's just bad at managing football teams and is in the job at that level largely due to his playing reputation and, in the case of Barca, professional nepotism.

One shot in a European Cup final. That's why he got the job.

His credentials for management are woeful.
