I'm not sure what he's doing to this team, but we haven't played with a smile on our faces during his whole tenure. That one man city game is the only exception, every other game under has been very dull, it must be said. Soton were efficient and good to watch under him. We on the other hand are truly depressing to watch with no heart or spirit.
