No. I haven't. I just have my opinion on what constitutes a good manager and good football. I didn't realise you had to be as successful as Ancelotti or Del Bosque in order to give your opinion on an Everton forum.

Martinez was being defended not because of PL form but because we stood a real chance of getting a cup last season. And the fact that in the past he'd presided over a season which 9/10 times would have got CL football made that support logical until the final unwinding of the relationship between players and himself after Easter last season.

Most people would see Koeman's cv and describe it as not being top notch. He's done nothing of note. Nothing. We acquired him because the jobs he cherishes aren't there for him - a direct result of 17 years as a manager with nothing more than a couple of meaningless Dutch titles to show for it.

Nah, his actions back it up. Signed up for Everton then went off on holiday again; does short hours at FF; states he prefers not to live in the city; talks us down in the media.

Not an Everton man at all. Same as the owner of this club, a Sam Hammam type who's tone befits a small London club.

We can do better than the pair of these.

I am not 100% convinced we can actually. I don't think the Sheik of Bagakash was born a Citeh fan either. The days of badge kissing and lifers at a club are sadly gone. The PL is a money game where you buy talent and success (unless you pull off the 5000-1 shot). Our manager doesnt have to love Everton, we have plenty of that, he has to make us win - we don't have plenty of that.
