Ronald Koeman discussion

Unbelievably negative and ineffectual again. Purely down to how the team have been set up. Sitting too deep, again, launching too many long balls surrendering possession, again, no support when we rarely get the ball up top, probably because of how deep we are. A truly horrendous performance which the manager has to take the majority of the blame for.

Not sure I'd go that far. Koeman clearly has a hard situation in terms of our squad, we're incredibly weak outside of the first eleven. Coleman ballsed up for the first goal imo.

Koeman has a very sickening trend that he needs to stop.

This team seems to have very bad first half in every game this season. I've not remember a first half where we played better than the second.

Can't blame koeman. the players and formation haven't worked. it happens we obviously aren't good enough to be a top team this year and results like this will happen. more annoyed about the Burnley result tbh

This is the squad that effectively went on strike between March and May last season after all.

Some of them really look as if they couldn't care less.

We are limited in quality but if you're going to turn up looking for a draw you at least have to press and hassle the life out of the opposition, look to get forward when you can, and hope you get lucky.

Some of the recent game stats (away at the pit, at City, and today) even regardless of the final score, are just a disgrace. A pure and utter disgrace signifying a lazy, dog-turd group of players who are sticking two fingers up to the travelling support yet again today.

The club should pay for each and every fan who is at that game today.

Shouldn't be starting, maybe Coleman & Ross going off this season
Mirallas lukaku and Barkley have an uncanny ability to look busy closing down but never getting to within 3 yards of the man on the ball. Compare them to mane, coutinho lallana, all smaller players but with a bit of dog in them and don't mind putting a foot in

You can blame Koeman.

He didn't have to choose this formation. He might as well have played our normal formation but dropped Ross back to CM and brought Mirallas in. Alternatively he could have played 433. We'd have lost anyway most likely but at least we'd have more consistency.

Lads, we are getting beat by a good side, well beaten.

Lay off a bloke who has been here for 5 minutes instead of looking to prove a point.

Evertonians more intersting in being proven right rather than getting behind a bloke who joined us from a team that finished 6 places above us.

True.

Blame Moshiri for moving heaven and earth to employ the Dutch Moyes ;)

If this is what £6 million per year is getting us then I am in despair.

This is what could easily have happened at City when we escaped with a draw.

Just look at City's home results since then to get some perspective about that day.

Sorry but I am calling Koeman to account now.

The honeymoon is well and truly over
