Lack of heart on a football pitch isn't something that can be fixed - It's him as a person.... he's a deceiver, a self serving egomaniac who will only respond to a fire being lit under his arse by a manager tolerant enough to have to repeatedly tolerate his cyclical behaviour/attitude.

He is a big coward with no real desire to do the best for his teammates or fans.... get a player to stick an elbow on him, knee him in the thigh and let him know he's not getting an easy ride and he disappears..... does not want to know. Obviously I haven't seen all of his goal since he left but he never scores with his head if he's being closely challenged.For a lad of his size he should win most balls played to him in the air.Waste of a talent,because he lacks heart.

The Chelsea and Man City goals should show he can do it all, but unfortunately these are all to rare. There definitely is a player in there.

You do him a disservice by valuing those goals less than the first or second goal.

Rom has, if anything, regressed as a player and as his metabolism slows as he hits his latter 20's, it will be even more apparent.
