Looking at it with an unbiased eye, I don't think anyone can blame Lukaku for viewing us as merely a stepping stone club when he arrived. However, the fact he's priced himself out of a move in the current market by scoring lots of goals whilst missing chances to score countless more might just have to make him acknowledge that things are looking very promising at Everton right now and we're definitely a club on the up who can match his ambitions.
