There is a different set of rules for the chosen clubs, no way they actually enforce the rules for them unless they mistake them for us

Not sure why they think Chelsea will be relegated or the like. This set of circumstances has been visited upon them by the Abramovich angle and his association with Putin. The mere fact that Chelsea are a separate legal entity from RA renders this argument to relegate them null and void. They have brought this issue to bear on the "ownership" of the shares in Chelsea who, themselves, are not guilty of any crime. The debt that may, or may not, be due to Abramovich or another (trust) as a result of a purchase of the (compulsorily acquired) asset is really nothing to do with the prospect of Chelsea's future being determined in such a draconian fashion. Since the asset has been frozen (away from Abramovich) there's really nothing to see here - only the eventual outcome of who pays the price for the shares. It's a ridiculous argument to posit.
