Roma tickets

A QR code? If so, I thought they weren't being used by the new stadium's scanners?

Strange. šŸ¤”

We also have posters saying EFC will hand them a paper ticket to resolve their non-NFC issue re their phones when they'd previously stated no paper tickets were available anymore.
As far as I know, the club never said they are stopping paper tickets(Leeds away is paper)and/or plastic cards, but they are looking to go fully digital. Digital tkts for events do change daily to try and stop touting.

Test event ticket had a QR code as backup in case the NFC didn’t work, but it worked fine so didn’t need the code.

Roma ticket looks identical

Leeds away tickets come from the away club, so they may not be going down the digital route, yet. I used a digital ticket for a Real Madrid game 10 years ago, and although it was pain in the backside to set up on my phone, after spending €100 a ticket, it worked smoothly at the turn style. I suppose we will have to get use to it, but as they try to make it hard for touts to function, it also will be a bit of a pain for a lot of fans use to using a paper ticket or a season card.

Technology is great when it works but what happens when a phone network goes down on matchday or there`s a tech problem with the scanners reading the e-tickets? Could be bedlam at the ground if this were to happen,

Majority of away games are, or were last season, paper tkts, I was using Leeds as an example. Hopefully we wont haveva tech problem šŸ¤žšŸ¤£

If I activate the ā€˜tickets’ area of my EFC app neither my season ticket nor my Roma ticket appear…the spinning circle of death just morphs endlessly. I’m not losing any sleep over this as I have both of them saved in my iPhone wallet. Is this absence of tickets usual? Previously, when I’ve bought tickets on a match by match basis, they always appeared in the tickets area of the app, even when also added to the wallet. I’m a new season ticket holder, so has it always been the case that STs don’t appear in the app ā€˜tickets’ location?

mine is similar to yours although the Brighton game ticket has now appeared as a ticket I can 'manage' if I needed to sell on. Also, the app says my next game is the Roma game but I didnt buy a ticket and I can't 'manage' the ticket.

teething troubles, one of the reasons for having test events I guess.

I still haven't had my Roma tickets through yet. Hopefully they sort the teething issues of all digital tickets out early before theres big queues on match day

That seems well overdue. As the match is only next Saturday if you’ve had nothing by Monday I think you should contact fan services.
