I say sell him while we can, riddled with injuries, overated (IMO) and can easily get £15m these days.
Pays for Pienaar, Dempsey and another player easily.
 

With his chronic hamstring problems and lack of consistent 1st team football, I seriously doubt we could get more than like 7 mill for him. I think we're going to have to keep him and hope the doctors figure out the problem with his hamstring.

Maybe last year we could have sold him for that much. Now that his long-term health is a serious concern, no one will take that risk.
 
This selling Rodwell business, that's all over GOT these days.

Who the [Poor language removed] is going to buy Rodwell if everybody thinks he's crap and thats the reason they want to sell him.

It's joke if people think we'd get anything over £5m for him.

The time to get a decent fee for him would have been 2 or 3 years ago but that was also when everybody here thought he was a player and were cursing the club expecting him to be sold.
 
I personally think someone would. My opinion, still even over £5m we could probably get peanuts back, that's all we need to fight for top 5 next year

We could get more than £5m for him easily. He's a 21 year old who has played for England and scored an ace goal against United. (I'm being deadly serious, even though it's ridiculous).
 

I don't even think we will be able to sell him in the summer, we would need to get him fit and have him playing for most of a season before we even think about selling him.
