I disagree, I think the fans turned too quickly and this was felt by the players who in turn downed tools.

He’d have won us the cup if the fans had stuck with him and as I said at the time, I believe he’ll go on to prove himself a very good manager.

Too quickly? He had 2 YEARS of terrible performances - and one of the major reasons we didn't win the cup was that we didn't sack him before the SF (3 days after get pumped 0-4 by Liverpool)
