Just get rid. Average performance this season total rubbish. Just feel numb watching the dull team we have turned in to. Not many managers would have us this poor with that squad.....FACT

Perhaps the job in general is too big for him? Everyone has their limits in terms of ability.

I thought it was building after that bad run culminating in defeat at Stoke. Sensed the fans were turning. Then we had a good run. So these last 2 defeats don't help him. If you mean no presuure on him from the Board, then yes I get your point.
