Martinez is gone. Done. Game over, now or next week, it makes no nevrmind to the season - its effectively written off. What we need is someone to come in who changes not only the players mindsets but the fans.

WE ARE EVERTON FC. We deserve a top manager, we now have the finances to employ one and Mourinho would certainly change other peoples viewpoint on 'punching above their weight' Everton. Personally i dont care if RM stays till the end of the season. It makes no difference... as i know next season will be infinitely better.

12th in the league on 44 points with two games to go.This has been our worst season since 2000/2001 under Walter Smith.

Moyed had us 17th with 39 points in 03/04.
