I'd have Keane and Crouch, but we'd blatently get ripped for being Liverpool rejects. But I reckon that was just poor man management for Benitez that screwed them up. They'd be great for us.

Yakubu is better than Crouch and Keane, why we chatting this [Poor language removed]?

THIS THIS FEKKN THIS!

Crouch had one half good season with Defoe up front for Pompey a couple years ago.
Keane is a boyhood Liverpool, Celtic, Tottenham and god knows who else fan. IMO he makes Bellamy look like a saint!

I dont think Keane would suit our formation, we tend to favour one up front for the most part and in that formation you need a striker who can hold the ball up and wait for support from the midfield, a sort of target man. Or a player who is fast, who will stand on the sholder of the last defender and make a run in behind.

Keane isnt that sort of player for me, he has no real pace to speak of and is inaffective as a target man. Thats before we even address the "age" and "wage" issues.

He didn't want to come he 5 years ago when he was good. There must be a reason why Arry keeps trying to flog him off. I would maybe take a chance on him if Spurs pick up about 2/3s of his wages.

To sell Yak and replace him with Keane would be pointless. If we're selling Yak then it should be to be replaced by someone far superior otherwise it's just needlessly disrupting the squad without substantial gain. Keane would have been an excellent signing a few years ago but though he's still a good player, he's definitely in the autumn of his career now and isn't the player he once was

No to Crouch, no to Keane, Bellamy would be okay at the right price or a new unknown player from abroad please, Remy?.
