A week or so ago I sort out this from the 1970 World Cup. It's sublime. I can't begin to imagine many Pele and Brazil could have scored if they had put every chance away and the refereeing hadn't been so lenient.

I agree. It's a pleasure listening again to the likes of Coleman or Wolstenholme who told you who had the ball and what was happening and then largely let the great game speak for itself.Great to hear some proper commentary with a bit of excitement in it rather than the drivel that’s served up now with completely bland commentators and joke pundits on co commentary
