Imagine noticing your team captain is missing for breakfast and going to check on him in his hotel room .....

You would have liked to think he would have had some signs leading up to this, chest pains, heart palpitations or something, that he could have gone to the club doctor about....but seems like he was playing and training as normal...scary stuff...

Martinez showed an interest in him when he was at Cagliari if I am not mistaken.

Astori's passing away today, should really be an eye-opener to many people around the world. That's why we should always be grateful, appreciative of everything we have and we should always have a good relationship with the almighty/god, because we really have no idea, what will happen next. No one is guaranteed to live past their 40s, and life is so volatile, so we must always be prepared.
