WTF?

How's this going to do anything but cause more problems? Are they seriously going to evict families for having an idiot child?

And cost the taxpayer yet more money.

And look at the smug tvvat in the picture. There's a punchable face if ever there was one. This is just an excuse for them to clear the West End of poor people.
