The great players are those who can occasionally summon something special against the better sides when the chips are well and truly down. Richarlison has his qualities, but he is not and never will be a great player, regardless of his nationality. He doesn't lift us when we need a lift. I'd cash in this summer, because his value is only going one way. We'd be better off spending what we can get for him on a couple of impactful players needed in various parts of the pitch. Richarlison is a luxury we simply cannot afford right now thanks to the wretched spending Marcel Brands has overseen.
