Running out of superlatives for this boy.

What a player.

One of the best headers of a ball in the league.

Also somehow plays 4 positions at once, defensively.

Couldn't love him any more.

Needs some protection though. In the last half a season I haven't seen him going down easy/diving like he used to and in fact he's getting booted/stamped/elbowed every game now. Was stood on a few times and elbowed in the back of the head, didn't even get a foul IIRC. Previously diving shouldn't mean opposition players can leather you with impunity.

Felt he didn't play at his best in the Sheff Utd game, but what a finish that was. Brilliant the way made that bit of space for himself to get the header in.

In front of goal he is one of the best in the league imo, he really can score all kinds of goals. Combined with how quick he is, the work rate he puts in and his desire to win just makes him one of those players that you watch and think you'd just absolutely hate to play against.

That header was absolutely superb. He's scored a few brilliant headers but from that distance I think that one tops the lot.

Over the last few games he had been battered and received very little protection.

We need to make the most of having this lad. He'll be better again next season and the only way is up for him.

I really hope we can raise the squad to his level before he leaves. Still laugh at myself sometimes for worrying about paying 50 million instead of 35 when we bought him.
